We’ve spent over 25 years specializing in the South Jersey coast. While our office is in Margate, we provide property management services to all of Atlantic and Cape May counties. Our customers tend to be second homeowners in Ventnor, Margate, Longport, Ocean City, Strathmere, Sea Isle, Avalon, Stone Harbor, Wildwood and Cape May.

What exactly does David Nicholas do?
We protect and monitor your home when you aren’t at the Jersey Shore. Our services include weekly inspections which proactively identify maintenance needs, and the full coordination and execution of any preventative measures or repairs needed. We also coordinate subcontractors and renovations.

What happens during your weekly house checks?

We perform a thorough interior and exterior inspection weekly to catch small issues before they become expensive repairs. In the winter when temperatures drop, we also perform daily freeze checks on your pipes and HVAC to prevent flood damage.

How do you handle storms and winter weather?
When a storm is in the forecast, we’re on the ground securing outdoor furniture, checking flood-prone areas, and preparing your property. Once the weather clears, we perform post-storm inspections to ensure everything is secure and provide immediate recovery services if needed.
Can you help with things like pool care or housekeeping?
Yes! To make your time at the shore truly relaxing, we offer a broad array of services including pool and hot tub maintenance, professional housekeeping, power washing, and interior/exterior painting. We also provide seasonal readiness services, generator maintenance and pest control.
